No, StarCraft Japan and StarCraft Shareware are not affected by Warden.

Anything that connects to Battle.net requires a form of hashing...

Games which Blizzard don't update anymore:
StarCraft Shareware
Diablo I / Diablo I Shareware
WarCraft II / WarCraft II Shareware
Japanese StarCraft / Japanese StarCraft Spawn

Not sure if they update StarCraft Spawn or not.... but all of these games DO need hashes, as well as all other Blizzard games.
