New Skin!!!! Empty New Skin!!!!

Yes i added a new skin. Im working threw some of the issues like the footer bar having a false image. Just give me some time. I fixed the following and added


User Control Panal
New Banner
Edited Scripts
Switched to Invision Forum Scripts
Fixed Signiture/Avatar Glitch (can be located under "profile" on the nav bar"
